{"id":12521,"date":"2019-10-11T00:07:54","date_gmt":"2019-10-11T03:07:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thelaker.ca\/?p=12521"},"modified":"2019-10-11T00:07:54","modified_gmt":"2019-10-11T03:07:54","slug":"meeting-to-discuss-oakfield-park-bridge-replacement-plans","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging-z.thelaker.ca\/?p=12521","title":{"rendered":"Meeting to discuss Oakfield Park bridge replacement plans"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>OAKFIELD: <\/strong>The community is being encouraged to come out and hear details on plans for the replacement of the Oakfield Park Road bridge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In\n a notice to residents, it indicates that the meeting is scheduled for \nOct. 22 at St. Margaret\u2019s Church in Oakfield, beginning at 7 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At\n the meeting, members of the Department of Transportation and \nInfrastructure Renewal (TIR) will speak to residents about the planning,\n design and construction of the replacement bridge on Oakfield Park \nRoad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TIR staff scheduled to be present according to a letter to \nthe community will include: Paige Vincent, Project Engineer who will be \nover seeing the construction; Tristan Richardson-Prager, Bridge Design \nEngineer who oversaw the design of the structure;and Matt Clarke, Senior\n Project Engineer for Hants &amp; Halifax County.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Residents are encouraged to come to the meeting with questions for the TIR representatives.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OAKFIELD: The community is being encouraged to come out and hear details on plans for the replacement of the Oakfield Park Road bridge.
