Dexter has the contract for the area for snowplowing from HRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Witnesses\n who live nearby said firefighters, police, and paramedics had to park \nfurther away on the street and walk up to it because the street was so \nicy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cause of the mishap is related to icy conditions from the freezing rain that was hitting the area.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FALL RIVER: A snow plow from Dexter Construction ended up on it\u2019s side on a subdivision in Fall River as it cleared away the ice and snow on Dec. 2.
