FALL RIVER:<\/strong> A 38-year-old Cole Harbour man has been charged for stunting after a Halifax Regional Police Traffic Unit member observed the vehicle he was driving going more than 50 km\/h over the speed limit outbound on Hwy 118, near Exit 14 Fall River\/Waverley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At approximately 2:15 p.m. on Oct. 28, a member of the Traffic Unit observed a car travelling at a high rate of speed on Highway 118 outbound before Exit 14.
