BEDFORD:<\/strong> Halifax District RCMP is investigating a hit and run that occurred in Bedford early this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At 1:30 a.m., police were called to a single vehicle collision on Hwy. 102. Upon arrival, police were notified that another vehicle was involved in the collision but did not stop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preliminary reports indicate that a white car was travelling south bound on Hwy 102. when it was struck on the passenger side by a dark pick up truck. The car then lost control and went into the ditch. The truck continued on south bound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Police made patrols for the suspect vehicle but it was not located.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
