Cory Bushell:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 6, an officer noticed a vehicle swerving in the road and conducted a stop to check for impairment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver was found to be sober but was driving with a revoked license.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The 34-year-old female from the Shubenacadie area was charged. She will be appearing in court at a later date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RCMP responded to a complaint about damage to property on Dec. 6 at the Enfield Water Treatment Plant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police say the caller told them youth who were on an ATV were tearing up the grass.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Officers located the youth responsible and&nbsp;escorted them home to their parents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrangements are being made by the youth and their parents&nbsp;to repair the damage done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On December 6, officers responded to the Nine Mile River area (Matheson Court) where multiple vehicles had been rummaged through and items stolen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The thief then entered a home, found the keys to the homeowner&#8217;s vehicle and attempted to leave with it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Police say the suspect made it out the driveway but ended up crashing into the ditch across the street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The investigation continues.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anyone with information is asked to contact the East Hants RCMP at 902-883-7077.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>From the Cruiser is brought to you by:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">[adrotate banner=&#8221;87&#8243;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Brought to you by: [adrotate banner=&#8221;87&#8243;] ENFIELD: East Hants RCMP members were called out on 64 calls for service from across the municipality during the period of Dec. 1 to Dec. 8.
