Cory Bushell said officers were notified by 911 of the early morning vehicle fire near exit 10 Shubenacadie on Hwy 102. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cA motorist was travelling southbound when they started to smell something toxic and observed smoke emanating from behind the vehicle,\u201d said S\/Sgt. Bushell on Jan. 26. \u201cThe driver quickly pulled over.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate group=&#8221;2&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He local firefighters arrived on scene promptly and quickly doused the flames. However, the vehicle was destroyed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Highway 102 southbound was closed for a brief period of time during the incident, said S\/Sgt.
