DARTMOUTH:<\/strong> The Nova Scotia RCMP\u00a0is introducing new bilingual Provincial Public Information Officer (PIO), Corporal Chris Marshall.\u00a0 Following graduation from \u201cDepot\u201d Division in Regina, Saskatchewan, he was posted to beautiful Shelburne, Nova Scotia in general duty policing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”34″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”121″] After having completed seven years of general duty policing, Cpl. Originally from Saskatchewan,\u00a0Cpl. Marshall\u00a0spent a portion of his childhood in Nova Scotia before moving to Montr\u00e9al, where he remained until he joined the RCMP in 2011. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After his time in Shelburne, Cpl. Marshall was transferred to Cheticamp in 2013,\u00a0then Kingston in 2015. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cI am excited to\u00a0start this new role\u00a0and continue serving Nova Scotians in a meaningful and effective way,\u201d says Cpl. Marshall. “I have spent\u00a0almost 16 years of my life in Nova Scotia,\u00a0and I consider this beautiful province my home.\u201d
