Cory Bushell stated that the complainant stated the driver was in a business parking lot, drinking a beer, and eating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUpon arrival, members came upon an online shopping delivery van,\u201d said S\/Sgt. Bushell. \u201cThe driver was approached, and members found evidence that he had been consuming alcohol.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate group=&#8221;2&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He said the driver, a 25-year-old Dartmouth man, was given a roadside screening demand but failed to provide a suitable sample for investigators.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The man was arrested and charged for refusing the breathalyzer.
