LANTZ:<\/strong> Three different East Hants Junior Penguins had two goals each as they romped over the Brookfield Elks 13-3 in home game action on Nov. 12 at the East Hants Sportsplex in Lantz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The 13 goal explosion added to the 10 they scored 24 hours earlier in a Remembrance Day 10-1 victory over the Valley Maple Leafs in Windsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Against the Elks in the Keith Miller Arena, Morgan Lake; Evan McHenry; and newcomer Brody Fraser each sniped home two goals apiece for the winners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Other East Hants goals came from Max Turner; Bruen Fisher; Gavin McCready; the speedy Devin Meagher; Nick Veinot; Logan Colter; and Ethan Wheeler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”78″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate group=”8″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Assists were credited to Turner with four; Robbie Dowell with three; Tyler Thomas with two; Fisher and Lake, also with two each. Single helpers went to Caden Leonardo; Marshall Plandowski; Meagher; Wheeler; AJ Guildford; Cole Stewart; Fraser; and Colter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Marcus Pettipas stopped 31 of 34 shots he faced in getting the win.<\/p>\n\n\n\n A day earlier against the Leafs in West Hants, Evan McHenry and Robbie Dowell each had two goals in the win.
