BEAVER BANK<\/strong>: No charges or arrests were made following an ATV crash along a logging road on New Years Eve in North Beaver Bank, police said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N.S. RCMP Cpl. Chris Marshall said police were called to the single-vehicle collision at 9:58 p.m. on Dec. 31 near the 3050 block of Beaver Bank Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said EHS paramedics and firefighters from HRM Station 48 Beaver Bank also attended the call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOfficers arrived on scene and found a male and female near a crashed Can Am ATV,\u201d said Cpl. Marshall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 24-year-old Lower Sackville woman was uninjured; however, the man, a 28-year-old from Wellington, suffered injuries and was later taken to hospital by ambulance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He said no charges or arrests resulted from the crash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cConflicting stories were given at the scene and officers could not definitively say who was driving the ATV at the time of the collision,\u201d said Cpl. Marshall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cAs a result, no charges were laid, and no arrests were made.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
