Lisa Croteau said the force charged 528 drivers with impaired-related offences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The breakdown was as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>251\u00a0charged with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance by Alcohol<\/li><li>Seven\u00a0charged with Impaired Operation of a Conveyance by Drug<\/li><li>45\u00a0charged with Refusal of a Demand Made by a Peace Officer<\/li><li>225\u00a0issued driving suspensions for Operating a Conveyance While Having Consumed Alcohol.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;31&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;34&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Laker News asked Cpl. Croteau for a breakdown even further to the numbers in the Fall River and Beaver Bank areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Fall River, that zone includes Aerotech Park; Grand Lake; Oakfield; Wellington; Waverley; Fall River; and Windsor Junction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For Beaver Bank, the area zone encompasses Kinsac; Beaver Bank Villa; Middle Beaver Bank; and Beaver Bank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate group=&#8221;7&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;148&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Beaver Bank zone, there was one seven-day suspension issued for impaired driving; and three impaired driving charges laid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For the Fall River zone, RCMP laid 15 impaired driving charges; and issued 10 impaired driving suspensions.
