Cory Bushell said officers were called to the parking lot of the Elmsdale NSLC for a possible impaired driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cUpon arrival, members discovered the driver slumped towards the steering wheel and clearly intoxicated,\u201d said S\/Sgt. Bushell.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The driver, a 68-year-old Charlottetown man, was arrested for impaired care and control of a vehicle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;84&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate group=&#8221;2&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\/Sgt.
