Preston Burns said police responded to the 911 call.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Const. Burns said the caller reported the car\u2019s bumper was hanging off and the driver was traveling at excessive speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOfficers were able to make contact with the driver upon responding,\u201d said Const. Burns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;190&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;111&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Const. Burns said police stopped the 35-year-old driver, a man from Enfield in Elmsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAfter observing signs of impairment, the driver was arrested,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The man also provided samples of his breath to police<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Const.
