LANTZ: <\/strong> The East Hants Junior Penguins have a new major sponsor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the new Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League season set to begin, the Pens announced the new major sponsor on their Facebook page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The team and Bitar\u2019s Ristorante in Elmsdale by McNeill\u2019s Shell have come to a two-year agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”84″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”190″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Pens President and GM Connor Hirtle said the team will be renamed the East Hants Bitar\u2019s Ristorante Junior Penguins as a result of the sponsorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re very excited to announce our major sponsor for the next two seasons, Rob Bitar\u2019s Ristorant\u00e9,\u201d said Hirtle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThis is a huge partnership we are extremely proud of.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”54″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”111″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Bitar\u2019s is a well-known family restaurant serving the East Hants community for many years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cRob Bitar\u2019s Ristorant\u00e9 is a highly respected local restaurant and all those who visit can\u2019t seem to get enough of it,\u201d added Hirtle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cWe\u2019re extremely appreciative of Rob, his wife Kelly, and their three children for joining the Penguins family and we can\u2019t wait to get the season started with them by our side.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n East Hants opens the NSJHL regular season on Friday night as they host Sackville Blazers at 7:30 p.m. and on Sept. 17 when the Valley Maple Leafs skate in to Lantz for a 6:30 p.m. puck drop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both games will be at the East Hants Sportsplex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”54″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate group=”8″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adotate banner=”92″]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" [adrotate banner=”78″] [adrotate banner=”115″] LANTZ: The East Hants Junior Penguins have a new major sponsor.
