The U-Sport women\u2019s soccer national championship is taking place near Kingston, Ont.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”111″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”78″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Kennedy and Hannaford were named to the U-Sport Second Team All Canadian teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It\u2019s the second year of AUS soccer with the Capers for Hannaford, who plays midfield. <\/p>\n\n\n\n She is studying Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Meanwhile Kennedy was in her final year of university soccer having played with Florida in the NCAA and then finished with Acadia teaming with sister Brenna on the Axewomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n She plays forward and was at Acadia as an Independent Student.<\/p>\n\n\n\n ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n [adrotate banner=”190″]<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rookie goalie Ellie Lancaster was named to the U=Sport All Rookie team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Lancaster, of Fall River, led the Capers to the AUS championship final where they fell to ST.
