Heidi Stevenson Humanitarian Bursary"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;78&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;111&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ELMSDALE: <\/strong>Two Primary Care Paramedics and a Criminal Justice student are the three recipients of a post-secondary bursary given out in memory of a heroic East Hants RCMP officer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The East Hants Crime Prevention Association announced the three recipients for the Const. Heidi Stevenson Humanitarian bursary recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each were given bursaries in memory of Const. Heidi Stevenson who died in the line of duty in April 2020\/<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The association said there were so many great applicants, they had a hard time choosing just one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;190&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[adrotate banner=&#8221;87&#8243;]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recipients are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brooklyn Benight from Upper Rawdon. She is currently employed with EHS as a Primary Care Paramedic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is attending University of PEI in Charlottetown, studying for a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Paramedicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/staging-z.thelaker.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/430878538_733208868937761_5662319025187954988_n-768x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-43511\" style=\"width:345px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Alex Gavel of Elmsdale.
