FALL RIVER:<\/strong> \u00a0A father of two has thrown his name in to the ring as a candidate for District 1 Waverley-Fall River-Musquodoboit Valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chris Balcom announced his candidacy with a Facebook post.
