Preston Burns, Community Policing Officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>RCMP RESPOND TO HOUSE FIRE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On January 4, RCMP were dispatched to a report of a structure fire on Concorde Way in Enfield.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Multiple fire departments were dispatched as well including Lantz, Enfield and Elmsdale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On arrival, it was determined that there was no fire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The \u201cperceived smoke\u201d was vapour coming from a dryer vent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NO INJURIES IN KENNETCOOK ROLL-OVER<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Const. Burns said on Jan. 7 at approximately 11:00 am, East Hants RCMP were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle roll over on Highway 354 in Kennetcook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The lone occupant of the vehicle stated that she had hit black ice and drove into the ditch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was uninjured and her vehicle was towed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The responding officer provided the woman with a ride home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SLIPPERY ROADS CAUSE MVC<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>East Hants RCMP were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle roll over Jan. 7 on East Uniacke Road in East Uniacke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon arrival, officers spoke with the male driver who stated that he had lost control on slippery roads and hit the ditch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The man was uninjured and didn\u2019t display any signs of impairment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He was checked by EHS on scene.
