HALIFAX: <\/strong>Premier Tim Houston will leave on May 4, for a provincial trade mission in two critical markets \u2013 Spain and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The premier and Kent Smith, Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, <\/strong>will head to Barcelona, Spain,<\/strong> to promote Nova Scotia\u2019s seafood sector at events scheduled May 5-10. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The premier will also be attending meetings regarding defence and security as well as renewable energy before heading to London, England,for meetings and speaking opportunities to promote Nova Scotia to leaders in the United Kingdom. \u201cSpain and the United Kingdom are top destinations for Nova Scotia\u2019s fish and seafood exports. We want to strengthen that partnershipas well as explore additional opportunities to do more trade with them.
