SCOTIA SPEEDWORLD<\/strong>: The grassroots racing scene at Scotia Speedworld\u2019s takes center stage this Friday, August 29, when the Thunder on the Hill brings a high-stakes night for the TRACTION Mini Stock division. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The program features 10-lap heat races, a B Features, and a 75-lap main event with 25 cars earning a place on the grid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With strong weekly participation already this season, a sizeable turnout is anticipated \u2014 and qualifying is expected to be tight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At stake is a purse nearing $7,000, highlighted by $1,800 to win. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Around the pits, some are already calling it perhaps the biggest-paying Mini Stock night in Atlantic Canadian short-track history, a claim that adds another layer of intrigue to an already competitive field of 30+ cars pre-registered. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
