Scott MacRae said the individual committed mischief in a parking lot at an Enfield business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><u>\u201c<\/u><\/strong>The unidentified person was doing donuts and burnouts in a parking lot damaging the asphalt,\u201d said Sgt.
