Mandy Edwards, with RCMP Halifax Regional Detachment, said the collision remains an active investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Information continues to be gathered,&#8221; said Const. Edwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was asked if there was a cause determiend or if charges were going to be laid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Const.
