ENFIELD:<\/strong> Paving and microsurfacing work has started over the weekend on a stretch of Hwy 102 known to be bad for its condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work on repaving from exit 8 in Elmsdale to Exit 7 in Enfield began on Sept. 22.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prep work for paving will be carried out during daytime hours, from 9 a.m. until sunset. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Paving will then begin overnight during the week of September 28th, taking place Sunday through Thursday from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is expected to take approximately three weeks to complete, with an anticipated completion date of Oct 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The microsurfacing is from Exit 7 Enfield to Exit 5A Aerotech and began on Sept. 20.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It will take approximately two weeks to complete. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work will be carried out during daytime hours, with operations running sunrise to sunset on Saturdays and Sundays, and from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays through Thursdays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It has an anticipated completion date of Oct 3.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
