SCOTIA SPEEDWORLD:<\/strong> The long wait for victory is over for Andrew Cluett.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Stanley man raced his way to the front of approximately 60-ish plus cars during the Enduro 100 at Scotia Speedworld on Sept. 27 taking the checkered flag a lap ahead of his closest competitor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Enduro race was part of the season finale non-points Halifax 300 which also saw extended races for bandoleros; Sportsman; and Legends. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traction Mini Stocks were also on the card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Several drivers from other divisions also had enduro cars they were racing to cap off the season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nine Mile River’s Colton Noble came home in second, a lap behind Cluett while Dylan MacMillan of Maitland was third.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There were several red flags so vehicles that were involved in collisions could be removed to make it safe for the other drivers to continue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The crowd of approximately 1500 at Speedworld appeared to enjoy the Halifax 300, specifically the Enduro race with many remarking at it being exciting and loving it, some even wishing there could be one every Friday night during the Weekly Racing Series season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cluett got out front in his no. 94 car after he and Noble battled for quite sometime, but once he got the lead for good he was gone and off on a Sunday cruise. Although he was dodging the other cars and wrecks that were happening around him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He avoided any serious trouble, and when he finished looked like one of the more cleaner looking cars from the race, which saw about 23 finish the race.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(We only have the names of the top three because of where they finish)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Some of the Beginner Bando drivers were allowed to compete in the Outlaw bandolero race as well hence why some of them appear in those results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
