{"id":58990,"date":"2025-10-03T13:36:32","date_gmt":"2025-10-03T16:36:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thelaker.ca\/?p=58990"},"modified":"2025-10-03T13:36:32","modified_gmt":"2025-10-03T16:36:32","slug":"season-finale-sees-tucker-closing-on-title-but-hall-butcher-in-contention-langille-looks-to-build-off-third-place-slms-finish","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging-z.thelaker.ca\/?p=58990","title":{"rendered":"Season finale sees Tucker closing on title, but Hall, Butcher in contention; Langille looks to build off third place SLMS finish"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<div class=\"alignnormal\">[metaslider id=&#8221;56557&#8243;]<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PETTY INTERNATIONAL RACEWAY: <\/strong>Ashton Tucker is just one race away from capturing the FGI Maritime Pro Stock Tour championship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But the wheelman of the no. 2 White Lighting Auto Centre hot rod knows he has to be on his game and have nothing go wrong with his ride during the season finale Mr. Lube + Tire 150 at Petty International Raceway on Saturday afternoon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If something does go wrong, like what happened to Cory Hall in the no. 83 a couple weeks back at Scotia Speedworld as he was the points leader, Tucker could find himself in the same boat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if both falter, Enfield&#8217;s Jarrett Butcher in the no. 54 is right there ready to pounce on both and take home the title for a second straight year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Mr. Lube + Tires 150 at Petty is the rain date for an event originally scheduled in June. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event marks round 10 of 10 for the FGI Pro Stock Tour. Adult tickets are $35.00, youth (11 to 18yrs) are $15.00, 10 and under are free.
