Scott MacRae said East Hants RCMP received several complaints of a driver doing burnouts in Milford so officers responded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Officer arrived on scene and immediately noted the driver appeared to be impaired,&#8221; said Sgt. MacRae<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADVERTISEMENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"alignnormal\">[metaslider id=&#8221;56511&#8243;]<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The 23-year-old man was arrested for Impaired Driving and brought to the Enfield detachment. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sgt.
