LOWER SACKVILLE: Since April 9, Nova Scotia RCMP has charged 38 people for offences under the Nova Scotia Health Protection and Emergency Management Acts.
To date, the RCMP has charged a total of 116 people with offences related to the current provincial State of Emergency in Nova Scotia.
