FALL RIVER: The 49-year-old man from Fall River for whom a province-wide warrant was obtained is now in custody.
Halifax District RCMP have arrested him without incident last night in Dartmouth.
Dean Michael Schrader has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court today, Nov. 13.

Schrader is charged with:
· Assault
· Overcome Resistance by Choking
· Fail to Comply with Court Order
· Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 3
