Kennetcook man faces mischief charge after damaging lawn

WHITE SETTLEMENT: Spinning up the grass on a lawn in White Settlement has landed a Kennetcook man with a court date.

East Hants RCMP S/Sgt. Cory Bushell said police were called to White Settlement due to damage to property on Nov. 23.

“Upon arrival, members learned a 46-year-old Kennetcook man intentionally used his truck to spin up the lawn of the victim,” said S/Sgt. Bushell.

He said police located the suspect a short time later and arrested him. He has been charged with mischief.

S/Sgt Bushell said the man was released on conditions and will face the courts at a later date.
