Ice cream for Wishes on Aug. 16 in Peggy’s Cove

PEGGY’S COVE: A business in the Peggy’s Cove area is hoping to make many wishes come true thanks to the communities support.

Peggy’s Cove Convenience and Dairy Bar, located at 11 West Dover Road, will be helping Make-A-Wish with half of all ice cream sales to going to the N.S. chapter of Make-A-Wish Canada.  

There will be balloons, stickers, volunteers, Roary the Make-A-Wish Lion, giveaways, and much more.

The Saunders Brothers will be providing music from 1-4 p.m.
