Man arrested after search warrant executed in Mount Uniacke

MOUNT UNIACKE: A 38-year-old man has been arrested after a search warrant was executed in Mount Uniacke.

East Hants RCMP Sgt. Scott MacRae said the warrant was issued at a property in the community after an investigation led police to believe there was stolen property on site.

Officers arrested a 38-year-old male for two counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime.

This came after police located a stolen Ford F-150 and trailer along with a large quantity of contraband cigarettes, said Sgt. MacRae.
