Enfield man charged with multiple assault offences; various weapons seized

ENFIELD: A 40-year-old man has been charged with multiple assault with a weapon-related offences after an altercation in an Enfield mobile home park on April 18.

RCMP responded at approximately 9:45 p.m., to a report that a man had been stabbed at a home on Jonah Dr. after an argument. 

Upon arrival, officers located and safely arrested a man outside the residence. 

A second man was found on the front deck with a stab wound to his shoulder, and a third man was located inside the residence with an injury to his forehead. 

Both injured men were transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A woman was also present at the scene but was not physically injured. 

Officers seized a knife, a baseball bat and a hammer.   

Jason Alexander Dillman, 40, of Enfield, has been charged with:

  • Assault with a Weapon (three counts)
  • Possession of a Weapon for a Dangerous Purpose
  • Forcible Confinement

Dillman appeared in Dartmouth Provincial Court on April 20 and remains in custody until his next scheduled court appearance on April 22.
